The Beginning
The daughter of teachers who made learning a way of life
As a kid, I was raised to ask questions, be curious, listen attentively and allow all voices to be heard. That belief—that people deserve to be seen and taken seriously—has become the throughline in how I work with leaders and teams.

I’ve seen it all
Over 30 years in corporate roles at organizations like Disney, Mattel, Hasbro, and NBCUniversal, I became a keen observer of how organizations really function. I watched brilliant people edit themselves to fit in, meetings where the best ideas never made it out of someone's notebook, and cultures where a single leader could change everything—for better or worse.
Along the way, I was also championed by a few truly magical bosses who saw my potential, gave me room to experiment, and modeled what it looks like to lead with both high standards and deep humanity. Their example shaped my belief that the best leaders don't just manage performance; they expand what people believe is possible for themselves.

Purpose over perfection
All of that was tested and reshaped when I became a mom. Motherhood shifted my life and career in ways I never saw coming, forcing me to rethink success, renegotiate boundaries, and get very clear about what (and who) truly matters.
That perspective now lives in my work—I know the world doesn't pause for leadership development, so I make room for the whole human, not just the job title.
