The Beginning

Where Inquiry & Listening Began

Raised by two teachers, I grew up in a home where inquiry, reflection, and learning were the norm. I was taught to ask questions, stay curious, listen carefully, and make room for every voice. That belief—that people deserve to be seen and taken seriously—runs through everything I do with leaders and teams.

The Journey

What no one told me at my college graduation

Over 30 years in corporate roles at organizations like Disney, Mattel, Hasbro, and NBCUniversal, I became a keen observer of how organizations really function. I watched brilliant people edit themselves to fit in, meetings where the best ideas never made it out of someone's notebook, and cultures where a single leader could change everything—for better or worse.

Along the way, I was also championed by a few truly magical bosses who saw my potential, gave me room to experiment, and modeled what it looks like to lead with both high standards and deep humanity. Their example shaped my belief that the best leaders don't just manage performance; they expand what people believe is possible for themselves.

Success Reimagined

Purpose over perfection

All of that was tested and reshaped when I became a mom. Motherhood shifted my life and career in ways I never saw coming, forcing me to rethink success, renegotiate boundaries, and get very clear about what (and who) truly matters.

That perspective now lives in my work—I know the world doesn't pause for leadership development, so I make room for the whole human, not just the job title.

I bring 35 years of real-world corporate experience to every conversation—so I’m not coaching you from the sidelines, I’ve been in the work. I’ve led teams, navigated complex cultures, and sat in the rooms where decisions and careers are made. Now I combine that lived experience with deep coaching and facilitation expertise to help leaders see themselves more clearly, communicate with more impact, and build teams that can actually sustain the pace they’re running at.

My sessions are practical and interactive, with a mix of structure and humor, designed to help people communicate more clearly, build trust faster, and lead with more confidence, empathy, and intention—just like the leaders who once did that for me.
